Can I use CareerPal without paying?+
Yes. Free includes your career profile, master resume, job analysis, application tracking, cover-letter support, and up to 2 optimized resumes per day or 10 per month.
How does quarterly pricing work?+
The Nigerian quarterly plan is ₦3,500 every three months, about ₦1,167 per month, saving ₦1,000 versus three monthly payments.
Does Pro renew automatically?+
Only if you choose Auto-renew. Pay once gives you the same Pro access for the selected period without another automatic charge; renew it manually before access ends.
Which payment methods can I use?+
Auto-renew uses the recurring methods Paystack supports. Pay once can show additional enabled Paystack methods such as transfer, USSD, and supported mobile-money or bank-app options.
Will cancellation delete my work?+
No. Your profile, resumes, saved jobs, applications, and portfolio remain stored. Free limits apply after paid access ends.
Can I update my payment method?+
Yes. Auto-renew subscriptions include a secure payment-management link in Billing settings. Pay-once plans do not store a recurring payment method.
